YSZ系列15ppm舱底水分离器根据IMOMEPC.107(49)决议《船舶机器处所舱底水防污染设备指南和技术条件》的规定设计制造。该装置用于处理各类船舶舱底不含泥沙的油水混合液体的油水分离,其排放水含油量低于15ppm。
该装置具有结构紧凑、体积小,重量轻,处理能力强、运行稳定,操作、维护方便等特点。采用自动/手动加热、自动排油、排水,自动报警、自动记录运行过程等方式工作。使用时根据需要可进行自动/手动切换,方便手动排油操作。该装置配有无源报警信号接口以提供远程控制信号,尤其适合于自动化程度较高的船舶。15ppm报警装置具有不少于18个月运行数据存储、读取功能,也可以按客户要求配置打印功能。
YSz Series 15ppm bilge separator is designed and manufactured according to IMO resolution MEPC. 107 (49),Guidelines and Specifications for Pollution Prevention Equipment for Machinery Space Bilges of Ships. Thisdevice is used for the treatment of bilge oil-water mixture without sediment of various ships and separating oiland water of mixture.
With compact structure, small size and light weight, this device provides large treatment capacity and highreliability, as well as being able to be operated and maintained easily. The YSZ series 15 ppm bilge separator isprovided with auto/manual heating, automatic effluent discharge, automatic alarm and automatic recordingof the operating procedure. When used as need can be auto/manual switch and convenient to discharge oilmanually. The device is equipped with passive alarm signal interface to provide remote control signal, and it is especially suitable for a high degree of automation of ships.
YSZ系列15ppm舱底水分离器装置总成由分离器本体、专用泵、电气控制箱、15ppm舱底水报警装置、吸入滤器组件及其他管路、阀件和附件等组成,采用三级滤油方式工作。船舶舱底水舱安装有液位控制器,根据水位高低自动控制舱底水泵,将舱底水泵入分离器的一级滤油腔,利用油水的比重差异将舱底水中的浮油从水中分离出来。二级滤油腔中的聚凝器,将舱底水中的细小油粒聚凝粗化使其分离漂浮到水面进行分离。经二级处理后达到排放标准的舱底水直接排出舷外。如果二级处理后的舱底水仍然不能达到排放标准,则自动开启第三级乳化油分离装置,用物理的方法将乳化油分离成油和水,使排放的舱底水达到排放标准排出舷外。被分离出来的污油聚积在滤油腔的顶部。当污油聚积到一定数量时,可自动排放至污油舱。分离器的运行由15ppm报警装置全程监控,实现过滤级别的切换,以及水排舷外或排舱底的自动控制。
The YSZ series 15ppm bilge separator is a gravity-type and isolating-type oil-filtering device. It is composed ofseparator, special- purpose pump, electric control box, 15ppm bilge alarm device, suction filters and otherpipelines, valves and fittings. The separator adopts three-stage oil filtering mode. Bilge water is pumped intothe first-stage oil-filtering room by the bilge water pump, where the first-stage separation is performed usingthe specific gravity difference of oil and water and the floating oil is separated from the water through themethod of gravity. Small oil particles are coalesced together through the coalescer in the second-stage oil-fil-tering room, and then be separated and float to the surface. Treated bilge water satisfying the dischargestandard through the second-stage treatment will be directly discharged overboard as an effluent. Ifit still failsto meet the discharge standard after the second-stage treatment, and then the third- stage dialysis apparatuswill be put into operation automatically to enable the emulsified oil to be separated oiland water and the bilgewater to meet the discharge standard. The separated dirty oil is collected in the top of oil-filtering room. Whenthe collected dirty oil reaches certain amount, it will be automatically discharged to the dirty oil tank.
