WCBx-C系列生活污水处理装置采用接触氧化、MBR膜过滤和紫外线消毒杀菌相结合的方法,处理来自船舶厕所等处的生活污水。由于在接触氧化室中设置了填料,采取了紫外线杀菌,因而与同类型产品相比,具有体积小,重量轻,结构紧凑,杀菌能力强,无二次污染等特点。经该装置处理后的排放水达到国际规定的排放标准,并符合国际海事组织环保委员会MEPC.227(64)号决议的要求及国际废液排放标准。
The method of combining catalytic oxidation, the MBR membrane biological treatment and physical disinfec-tion sterilization is adopted in the WCBx-C series domestic sewage treatment device; it treats the domesticsewage of kitchens, W.C., and base room from ship. Since filler is set in the aeration chamber, the chlorineadding sterilization is adopted, so compare with the products of the same kind, it has the characteristics ofsmall cubage, light weight, compact structure and without secondary pollution. The discharged water after thetreatment of the device has reached the effluent standard stipulated internationally, and it accords with therequirement of Resolution MEPC.227(64) of International Marine Organization Environmental Protection Com-mission, and International waste fluid effluent standard.
WCBx-C系列生活污水处理装置由4个水密的腔室组成。这四个腔室分别为污水柜、一、二级接触柜、MBR膜柜。
生活污水进入污水柜,经过充分粉碎后,流进接触氧化柜,通过气泵/风机对其进行曝气。流过填料与生物膜接触。其中有机污染物被生物膜粘附消解,生成CO2和水,然后流入MBR膜柜。MBR膜柜中的活性污泥再对污染物进行消解,生成CO2和水,经处理的污水由流程泵通过MBR膜排入紫外线消毒装置,MBR膜截留水中的杂质。紫外线消毒装置将水中的细菌消除干净后直接排放舷外。
MBR 膜柜内沉淀的污泥经过提气装置返送至接触柜,并造成一定的回流比,用以提高出水水质,减少进水浓度,调节和稳定冲击负荷,提高生物膜活性,提高接触氧化柜的有机负荷率。
WCBx-C series domestic wastewater treatment device consists of 4 water tight tank bodies. These 4 tank bodiesrespectively sewage tank, contact tank (1), contact tank (2), MBR membrane tank.
After the sewage in the way of nature inflow into the waste water tank being crushed completely will flow tofirst-stage contact oxidation tank to aerate by air pump, and contact with biofilm flowing filling. Of which,organic pollutant will, and generate CO2 and water,and then flow to MBR membrane tank The The pollutantswill be digested again by activated sludge in MBR membrane tank and generate CO2 and water.The treatedsewage effluent will flow into the ultraviolet disinfection device by the process pump through the MBR mem-brane. The MBR membrane intercept the impurities in the water. After the ultraviolet disinfection device elimi-nate the bacteria in water ,the clean water will be discharged overboard directly.
Precipitation of sludge in the MBR membrane tankis back to contact tank by air lift device, and cause a certaindegree of reflux ratio to improve the water quality, reduce the influent concentration, regulation and stability ofshock loading improve the biofilm activity, improve access to oxidation of organic loading rate counters.
