WCBX-B+G系列生活污水处理装置采用接触氧化、MBR膜生物处理和物理消毒杀菌相结合的方法,处理来自船舶厕所等处的生活污水。由于在接触氧化室中设置了填料,采取了紫外线杀菌,因而与同类型产品相比,具有体积小,重量轻,结构紧凑,杀菌能力强,无二次污染等特点。经该装置处理后的排放水达到国际规定的排放标准,并符合国际海事组织环保委员会MEPC.227(64)号决议的要求及及中华人民共和国国家标准《船舶水污染物控制排放标准》(GB3552-2018)中5.2.3的排放标准的要求。
The WCBx-B+G series domestic sewage treatment device adopts a combination of contact oxidation, MBRmembrane biologicaltreatment, and physical disinfection and sterilization methods to treat domestic sewagefrom ship toilets and other places. Due to the installation of fillers in the contact oxidation chamber and the useof ultraviolet sterilization, compared with similar products, it has the characteristics of small volume, lightweight, compact structure, strong sterilization ability, and no secondary pollution. The discharged water treat-ed by this device meets the international emission standards and meets the requirements of Resolution MEPC.227 (64) of the International Maritime Organization Environmental Protection Committee, as well as the emis-sion standards specified in 5.2.3 of the National Standard of the People's Republic of China "Ship Water Pollut-ant Control Emission Standard" (GB3552-2018).
WCBx-B+G系列生活污水处理装置由4个水密的腔室及其附件组成。这四个腔室分别为污水柜、一、二级接触柜、MBR膜柜。附件:过滤器、撇油器、滤罐。
生活黑水进入污水柜,经过充分粉碎后,流进接触氧化柜,通过气泵对其进行曝气,流过填料与生物膜接触,其中有机污染物被生物膜粘附消解,生成CO2 和水。然后流入MBR 膜柜。生活灰水先流入毛发过滤器,处理到灰水中的毛发杂质,后流入撇油器,处理掉其中的油污,再然后流入MBR膜柜,MBR 膜柜中的活性污泥对污染物进行消解,生成生成CO2和水,经处理的污水由流程泵通过MBR膜排入滤罐,MBR膜截留水中的杂质,经滤罐进一步吸附杂质后流经紫外线装置。紫外线消毒装置将水中的细菌消除干净后直接排放舷外。
MBR 膜柜内沉淀的污泥经过提气装置返送至接触柜,并造成一定的回流比,用以提高出水水质,减少进水浓度,调节和稳定冲击负荷,提高生物膜活性,提高接触氧化柜的有机负荷率。

Of which,organic pollutant will, and generate CO2 and watero The gray water flow hair filter, the hairs is disposed andflow to the oil-delete device,and the oil will be disposed.and flow to MBR membrane tank.The The pollutantswill be digested again by activated sludge in MBR membrane tank and generate CO2 and water.The treatedsewage effluent will flow into filter tank by the process pump through the MBR membrane. The MBR membraneintercept the impurities in the water and be absorbed by filter tank. After the ultraviolet disinfection deviceeliminate the bacteria in water ,the clean water will be discharged overboard directly.
Precipitation of sludge in the MBR membrane tank is back to contact tank by air lift device, and cause a certaindegree of reflux ratio to improve the water quality, reduce the influent concentration, regulation and stability ofshock loading improve the biofilm activity, improve access to oxidation of organic loading rate counters.
