原理
设备出厂前，变频器、压力控制器等都已设置好，用户不需再设置。
使用时，确保设备与用户管道连接好后,变频供水装置开始工作，压力变送 器通过对管网水压进行数据采样，并将压力信号转换为电信号，传输到 PID 调节器，然后与用户设定的压力值进行比较和运算，将运算结果转换为频率信号送至变频器,变频器根据需要调节水泵电机的转速。从而达到调节 用水量，保证压力恒定的目的。
Before delivery, transducer, pressure controller, etc have been set up, the user does not need to set up again.
Before using, ensure the connection of equipment and user pipeline ,then the equipment starts working ,pressure transmitter collects pressure data of pipe network and converts the pressure data into electrical signal to the PID regulator, and then compared with the user’s stated pressure value and calculates , converts the calculation result into frequency signal to frequency converter,frequency converter adjusts the speed of motor according to be required. This is the way to adjust water consumption and make sure the constant pressure.
