原理

反渗透海水淡化装置的核心原理是利用高压迫使海水中的水分子通过半透膜,而将盐分和其他杂质截留‌,从而实现海水淡化。这一过程英文称为 Reverse Osmosis (RO),是目前全球最主流的海水淡化技术之一。
在自然渗透中,水会从低浓度溶液一侧自发流向高浓度一侧。而反渗透则是施加一个‌大于海水渗透压的压力,使水分子逆向穿过只允许水通过、阻挡盐离子的‌半透膜‌,从而获得淡水。整个系统主要包括以下几个关键步骤:
1.预处理‌:通过多介质过滤、精密过滤等去除海水中的悬浮物、藻类和颗粒物,防止膜污染。
2.高压加压‌:使用高压泵将预处理后的海水加压至操作压力范围。
3.反渗透分离‌:高压海水进入装有RO膜组件的压力容器,部分水分子透过膜成为淡水(产水),盐分则随浓缩海水(浓水)排出。‌
4.分离后处理‌:对产水进行pH调节、矿化或消毒,确保水质符合饮用水标准(如GB5749-2022)。
该技术具有‌脱盐率高(>98%)‌、‌产水水质稳定‌、‌运行成本相对较低‌等优势,广泛应用于船舶、岛屿、沿海城市及海上平台的淡水供应。

The core principle of reverse osmosis seawater desalination devices is to force water molecules in seawater through a semi-permeable membrane under high pressure, while retaining salt and other impurities, thereby achieving desalination. This process is known in English as Reverse Osmosis (RO) and is one of the most mainstream seawater desalination technologies globally.
In natural osmosis, water spontaneously flows from a low-concentration solution to a high-concentration one. In contrast, reverse osmosis applies a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure of seawater, causing water molecules to pass through a semi-permeable membrane that only allows water to pass and blocks salt ions, thus obtaining fresh water.
The entire system mainly includes the following key steps:
1. Pretreatment: Suspended solids, algae, and particles in seawater are removed through multi-media filtration and precision filtration to prevent membrane fouling.
2. High-pressure pressurization: A high-pressure pump is used to pressurize the pretreated seawater to the operating pressure range.
3. Reverse osmosis separation: The high-pressure seawater enters a pressure vessel equipped with RO membrane modules, and some water molecules pass through the membrane to become fresh water (product water), while the salt is discharged with the concentrated seawater (concentrate).
4. Post-treatment after separation: The product water undergoes pH adjustment, mineralization, or disinfection to ensure that the water quality meets drinking water standards (such as GB5749-2022).
This technology has the advantages of high desalination rate (>98%), stable product water quality, and relatively low operating costs, and is widely used in the supply of fresh water for ships, islands, coastal cities, and offshore platforms
