概述 Overview
    本系列热井单元是燃油废气锅炉组合系统的重要组成部分之一，主要功能是把锅炉内循环作功后的工作介质--蒸汽通入热井冷凝成水，供系统继续循环使用，以节约船用淡水和蒸汽余热再利用，工作介质在系统中循环，不可避免地会被油等杂质污染，而热井亦是系统循环工作介质的净化设备。当介质通过热井冷凝成冷凝水经热井过滤后把油和杂质分离排入舱底。
    RJD系列热井单元由三部分组成。这三部分分别为大气冷凝器、凝水接收柜及储存柜（热井）。
    This series hot well is one of the most important parts of the combination systems of fuel-oilling exhaust gas and boiler.The main use of hot well is to cooling the steam to water,which is the medium after the function of the internal cyclying of exhaust gas boiler.The water is also used for the continue cyclying of the system and at the same time it is useful to economize the fresh water and the remaining hot cyclying.During the cyclying system the medium would be inevitably pollutedby oil and other impurities.At one time,hot well is also the filter instrument of the working medium of the cyclying system.After the medium filtered through hot well cooled water.The oil and other imprities was sepowated,then drovined to the botton of the of the cabit of the ship.
    RJD series hot well unit consists of 3 parts. These 3 parts respectively are the atmosphere condedser, the condensing water receive cupboard and the save cupboard(hot well).
原理 Principle
    来自凝水管路的多余蒸汽及凝水进入大气冷凝器进行冷凝，产生的凝水进入凝水接收柜。大气冷凝器冷却水来自海水压力柜，经冷却腔循环后，从冷却水出口流出。凝水柜滤网将大颗粒杂物过滤，利用油水比重差异，分离出凝水中的油份，通过视镜观察，当凝水中油层达到一定厚度便开启泄油口排油。经分离后的凝水流入储存柜，而接收柜残留的污水定期从排污口泄放至污水舱。储存柜水位由自动补水口及浮球阀调节，也可从手动补水口手动补水。若储存柜水温过低，则通入高温蒸汽对水预加热，达到锅炉要求温度后，经锅炉给水泵泵入锅炉再次利用。若储存柜水位过低，锅炉给水泵自动停泵。
     The steam and condensing water which come from condensing water pipe was cooled by atmosphere condedser，then the condensing water get into the condensing water receive cupboard.The cooling water come from sea pressure tank,enter the cyclying of cooling chamber and flow out from cooling water outlet.The filters of the condensing water cupboard filters out the larger particles,the floating oil is separated from the water through the specific gravity difference of oil and water,observe the water from the sight mirror,open the vavle to discharge oil when the oil reached the thickness.The cooling water inflow the save cupboard and the drainage discharge from the drain outlet.Adding fresh water to the save cupboard by automatic supply water inlet or manual operation supply water inlet.If the water temperature is too low,heating the water by high temperature steam,then pumping the water to boiler for reused after the water temperature reach the requirement.If the water level of the save cupboard is too low,the boiler feed water pump stop automatically.
